Ktima White

Type: Dry White, Protected Geographical Indication Velvendo.

Varieties: Assyrtiko, Chardonnay, Malvasia Aromatica.

Vinification: Traditional white wine vinification; the first pressing is separated, clarified by static sedimentation, and the clear must is fermented at controlled temperature of 18ο – 20ο C. Each variety is vinified separately, and blending is carried out after fermentation.

Description: Straw yellow color, intense floral and fruity characters on the nose, fresh and crisp on the palate, with exotic fruits and balanced acidity. Great stylish wine, with a long crisp finish.

Lefkotsiknias

Type: Dry white, Protected Geographical Indication Velvendo.

Varieties: Asirtiko, Malvasia Aromatica.

Vinification: Low temperature skin contact for 2-3 hours of the crushed grapes, juice clarification and low temperature fermentation of the clarified juice, maturation two or three months in tanks on its lees.

Description: Bright yellow color with greenish hues, intense floral citrus, pineapple and hints of honey on the nose, full bodied and rich on the palate, with ripe fruits, well-balanced acidity and a long finish.

Kourites White

Type: Dry white, Protected Geographical Indication Velvendo.

Varieties: Chardonnay

Vinification: From old times, between the Late Polyfytos and the Pieria Mountains, in an altitude of 400m, grow vineyards with rich harvest that fill of “Kourites”, large wooden barrels used to store the wines of high quality with a delicate flavor and subtle aroma.

Description: Dry white wine, derived from Chardonnay grape variety, fruity, elegant, with a unique-yellow color and a long refreshing aftertaste. Characterized by its bright golden-yellow color. Fruity, stylish and cool to taste with long aftertaste.

Eva

Type: Chardonnay.

Varieties: Chardonnay.

Vinification: The Greek aromatic variety vinified with the cryo-ex-traction method and fermented in low temperatures, gives us its gold-yellow color revealing aromas from peaches, apricots with mango and white flower notes. After the harvest it is left for 10 years to age.

Description: Eva is a radiant wine with gold-yellow glints. A Chardonnay wine it’s ideal accompanier for poultry dishes and sweet-sour flavors.

Malagouzia

Varieties: Malagouzia.

Vinification: The Greek aromatic variety vinified with the cryo-ex-traction method and fermented in low temperatures, gives us its light yellow-green color revealing aromas from peaches, apricots with mango and white flower notes. 

Description: Malagouzia the Greek aromatic it spreads out the delicate lemon-yellow color unveiling frangrances of peach, apricot and light senses of mango and white flowers. Excellent combination for fish dishes, fruits and yellow cheeses.
